True Immortality

This is the world of Anita Blake and Meredith Gentry combined, where fey and vampire walk the streets at night, where hunters and shape-shifters stalk the shadows. Welcome to a place where the only impossibility is true immortality.

Rules for creating characters:

1. All characters must have a place in the Anita/Merry Universe. Basically, no aliens and no beings with the sort of powers that just wouldn't be found.

2. No characters under eighteen. Why? Because it is illegal to make anyone under eighteen a were-animal or vampire anyway and Florida is making the laws on this more strict. The only ways you can have a character under eighteen is if it is a fey whose parents are being played or if it is a human whose parents are being played. Why? Because children aren't usually let out and about. Oh, another exception would beif that particular kind of lycanthropy is inherited, like dog or swan. Again, I may make other exceptions from time to time, but it'll only be if the character is above-and-beyond wonderful, etc. I just don't want a bunch of underage kids running unprotected around my state.

3. Be 'realistic'. Not every character is going to be drop-dead gorgeous, amazingly smart, witty, confident, etc. Not every character should be a victim, hero, or villain. Mix it up, give them a the-dimensional feeling. If a character is such a Mary Sue/stereotype that I can't stand them, I retain the right to kill of any character-- with a warning to the player. After all, people can change. And that's also a last resort.

4. Have fun with it. Create a character whom you'd like to play, because if the character isn't around for an activity check, you'll lose him or her. Though you may be able to get him/her back.

5. Play well with the other kids.

6. Post this form in this forum and await approval. The form may change at a later date.

7. In the last part, post "Yo".

8. Look at the Face-clima to see if the art, actor, model, etc. for your character's appearance is taken.

9. Anything in the first portion of the application is optional.

10. Please note that I will pay attention to lycanthrope numbers. Not every lycanthrope will be a cat-type. There should be a significant number of rats, hyenas, and wolves in comparison to those with cat lycanthropy. I will put limitations on numbers if necessary.
